Users can:

- Locate their nearest veterinarians offering spay and neuter
- Rate veterinarians
- Check out what countries are increasing their spay and neuter surgeries
- Get notifications on low cost spay and neuter campaigns

This application will request users:
- Camera/Gallery to upload logo or image
- Location to view nearest veterinarians
